Bridgestone earns praise as centres deliver quality service and support

Bridgestone is living up to its promise of customer service via its network of Bridgestone Select and Bridgestone Service Centre stores throughout Australia, with Canstar Blue declaring Bridgestone customers as the most satisfied in its annual rankings.

Bridgestone was named as one of the top performers in the Car Tyre Retailer category, with Australian motorists giving a perfect five-stars across three of the six core criteria: Overall Satisfaction, Quality of Tyres, and Value for Money, and four stars in the remaining categories: advice by staff, customer service and range of tyres.

According to Bridgestone Australia Director of Sales, Heath Barclay, the accolade is recognition of the collective effort undertaken across the network, particularly over the past 12 months.

“Our Bridgestone Select and Bridgestone Service Centre store owners take great pride in representing the Bridgestone brand, and this is reflected in their service delivery. We’re honoured to be recognised by motorists for customer satisfaction because it showcases the incredible commitment from our entire network to exceed expectations,” he said.

“The past 18 months have been tough on everyone, but we’re delighted that Bridgestone stores remain a trusted source of expert service, quality products and that our collective team continues to put customers first.”

Bridgestone has also been named as ‘Australia’s Most Trusted Tyre Brand’ for eight consecutive years in the annual Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Brands survey, and the only recipient since the tyres category was introduced.
