ALENA HIGGINS The tallest building Penrith has ever seen is being proposed for High Street, with a 46-storey tower featuring residential units, serviced apartments and retail space. Recently lodged with Penrith City Council, the mammoth $110.5 million development is proposed to be built on vacant land at 614- 632 High Street, opposite the Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre. The development application, submitted by Urban Property Group, includes 318 residential units, 1500sqm of commercial and retail space and 348 parking spaces. Read the full story on page 5
