Dear Class of 2022 hat a ride you’ve had as the 146th class in the history of this institution.
This class has, like so many that have preceded it, been characterized by its all around excellence. Among the 831 graduates in the Class of 2022 are 43 Scholarship Cup recipients; 15 team state qualifiers, including two state champions; eight National Merit Finalists; and students with many more accolades and accomplishments than I can possibly list here.

And through all of these challenges and successes, whatever yours may have been, you find yourself on the brink of a major transition. You are at the beginning of something new that--maybe for the first time--is of your own initiative that you’ll shape through your words and deeds over the next several years.
And that’s exciting. But But I would be remiss to solely here’s the important part: praise these outstanding—yet DR. Who you are and who you will be will always be linked to the Orange and Blue. You will always be a Huskie and have the experiences of this institution--good and bad--to guide you. On behalf of the school community, faculty and staff who have been here with you over the past four years--it has been our privilege to work and learn together here with you.
