We took a great deal of inspiration from t he beautiful tent from Homma
Camp Co. For t he overall shoot and t he florals, we wanted ever yt hing to feel natural, to be outside of t he box, and use a color palette t hat is experienced of ten t hrough sunsets in Oklahoma. We wanted to show an alternative setting for a bride and her bridesmaids who are getting ready for t he wedding in an outdoor setting. Tatanka Ranc h was t he per fect bac kdrop for t he shoot and it truly didn’t feel like we were in Central Oklahoma.

Hi, I’m Josh. I’m a husband of 13 years and dad to two young boys. I love learning new things and pursuing my curiosity. That’s how I found photography. Eleven years later, I’ve documented over 300 weddings across the US. Photographing a wedding is personal; and an opportunity to give a new family their first heirloom. ennifer and Mark quickly bonded over their love for competitive sports. They met at work and started playing on the corporate soccer team together. After spending countless hours together on the field, Mark wanted to take things to a more romantic setting and asked Jennifer on a date. It took her a while to say yes, but Jennifer was glad that she agreed to dinner. Jennifer was totally surprised when Mark proposed after she had just run a 5K. That night, they celebrated their engagement with her family in Tulsa. They kept a family tradition alive by getting married at Grace Lutheran Church – the same church where Jennifer’s parents became husband and wife.
