HAIR + MAKEUP With the Italian villa inspiration, we felt that it was fitting to create an effortless pony and mauve toned lips and cheeks. The matte lip and smoked out eyes created the perfect amount of drama.

MAKEUP The look I envisioned was a soft romantic look. On the eyes I used two different soft mauve brown shades for the crease and a soft golden shimmer on the lid. I didn’t want to go to dark on the liner so I used a softer brown shadow to buff out and then applied wispy lashes for a more innocent look. The brows are still carved but not as dramatic which is one of my favorites, to highlight her focal points I used a light gold. I wanted to go for more rosie cheeks instead of a dark contour. And for the lip I went

Kelli Durham is an international lifestyle photographer specializing in portrait and editorial photography. She is based in the South with her husband and son, but spends much time on the West Coast in Santa Barbara where the remaining of her family resides. Her expertise is in working with natural light and medium format film. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Photography from the Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara and honed her skills studying under and working alongside many well known industry veterans.
