ABOUT HIRING FROM WED & PROSPER
Prop and Décor hire is subject to minimum hire of £100 plus delivery fee
Client engages Wed & Prosper Ltd services to perform the following duties with regards to the Event: A refundable damage deposit will be taken, which will be 50% of the final prop order
Wed & Prosper will provide the list of props as agreed in the order form for collection or delivery as agreed
The client will arrange for the return of the props in the same condition as received Any items which are damaged or broken will be charged for from the damage deposit and extra if required
A refundable pack down deposit of £60 is taken in advance and returned subject to the client doing the following: Wed & Prosper Ltd will collect the items at an agreed time and all items must be in one ground floor location ready to transport (if delivery option was chosen) if not then all items must be returned by the client
We reserve the right to charge a pack down fee should items not be boxed and in one ground floor location ready for collection
This service is based on the client completing their own prop order form and not requiring any styling advice or visits, we do reserve the right to charge our styling consultancy hourly rate if the client goes beyond the time for simple prop hire
We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning above and beyond normal one day use
You are responsible for advising Wed & Prosper of any damage on day of delivery, if not, it will be assumed damage has taken place during your possession
Please refer to our prop hire catalogue which lists props which are suitable for outdoor use
You are responsible for taking care of the props in adverse weather conditions to ensure the safety of you and your guests and to limit any damage to our items and props e g sofa sets that are outside and the weather turns must be moved under cover If this does not happen you risk not getting your damage deposit back and risk further charges
If you don't require delivery then items can be collected up to 2 days before the event date subject to availability and returned within 24 hours after the event (unless overwise requested)
Wed & Prosper Ltd shall not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property arising from the items, however caused Wed & Prosper Ltd will not under any circumstances accept liability for any claims that arise from any event concerning or involving items hired by Wed & Prosper Ltd

Orders can be changed up to 2 months before your big day subject to items being available, after this time if you wish to reduce your order the total amount originally ordered will be charged If we have availability for adding to your order we will do our best to accommodate
