Baked Bean Tapas Breakfast – serves 10

Breakfast & Brunch Ingredients • 25mL olive oil • 2 onions - diced, 2 cloves garlic - minced • 6 rashers bacon - chopped • 1kg HEINZ Baked Beanz • 500g HEINZ crushed tomatoes • 50mL HP Sauce • 200g baby spinach leaves • 10 eggs • Salt & Pepper to taste

1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat 2. Add onion, garlic & bacon and cook until onion is soft (approx. 4-5 mins) 3. Add Beanz, HP Sauce & tomatoes and bring to simmer (approx. 10 mins) 4. Add spinach and season with salt & pepper 5. Divide mixture into 10 tapas pans. Form a well in the centre and crack an egg in each 6. Bake at 180°C until egg is cooked to your liking 7. Serve with toasted sour dough bread

Sausage & Bean Stew with Creamy Polenta – serves 10

Sausage & Bean Stew - Ingredients • 50mL olive oil • 10 Italian spicy sausages or 12 baby chipolata sausages • 3 onions - diced, 4 cloves garlic - minced • 1 large chilli - chopped • 600mL tomato sugo • 600mL chicken stock • 2 sprigs rosemary - chopped • 50g brown sugar • 1.5kg HEINZ Baked Beanz • ½ bunch parsley – chopped • Salt & Pepper to taste • 50g Parmesan cheese - grated

Sausage & Bean Stew 1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat 2. Brown sausages and remove from pan. If using large sausages, slice into quarters. If using chipolata’s, leave whole. Set sausages aside 3. Add onion, garlic & chilli to pan and cook until onion is soft (approx. 4-5 mins) 4. Add sugo, stock, rosemary, sugar & Beanz. Return sausages to pan and bring to simmer. Simmer until reduced to desired consistency (approx 20-30 mins) 5. Add parsley and season to taste with salt & pepper 6. Serve topped with parmesan

Creamy Polenta - Ingredients • 350g instant polenta • 1.3L water, 400mL milk • 100g butter • 150g Parmesan cheese - grated • Salt & Pepper to taste

NAFDA’S BEST OF THE BEST 2014 SUMMER FOODSERVICE REWARDS PROGRAM - TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Definitions: 1.1 In these terms and conditions: (a) “NAFDA” means NAFDA Limited of Level 2, 100 George Street, Parramatta NSW 2150. (b) “NAFDA Distributor” means a company that is a member of the NAFDA’s Food Distribution Service organisation from time to time. (c) “Participant” means a participant in the Program. (d) “Points” means the points allocated pursuant to the Program. (e) “Points Redemption Period” means the period commencing on the date that the Participant receives the Program Claim Form after the conclusion of the Term and ending on 20 February 2015. (f) “Program” means the program subject to these terms and conditions also known as NAFDA’s Best of the Best 2014 Summer Reward Program. (g) “Program Brochure” means the brochure created and distributed pursuant to the Program. (h) “Program Claim Form” means the official claim form created and distributed pursuant to the Program. (i) “Reward” means any vouchers or gift cards offered to Participants pursuant to the Program from time to time. (j) “Reward Point Target” is 5,000 Points. (k) “Term” means the period commencing 6 October 2014and ending either on 23 January 2015 or whenever the Program is terminated by NAFDA, whichever is the earlier. 1.2 As a condition of entry, the Participant accepts these terms and conditions and any rules, policies or procedures that may be adopted by NAFDA from time to time. 1.3 To the extent of any inconsistency, these terms and conditions prevail.

1.4 Subject to clause 1.5, the Program is open to selected customers of NAFDA Distributors. 1.5 Government and contract customers are excluded from the Program, unless otherwise authorised by NAFDA. In addition, NAFDA in its absolute discretion may exclude any customer from this Program. 1.6 NAFDA’s decision on all matters pertaining to the Program, including but not limited to any dispute as to Rewards, the identity of a Participant, eligibility to become a Participant or Points accumulated by a Participant is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. 2. Points and Redemption: 2.1 NAFDA will award Participants Points for selected products purchased by the Participant from a NAFDA Distributor during the Term as nominated

by NAFDA in the Program Brochure. 2.2 Participants may, during the Points Redemption Period, redeem their accumulated Points for a Reward or Rewards with a corresponding Points level (as specified by NAFDA), provided they have accumulated the Reward Point Target during the Term. For the avoidance of doubt, Participants must reach the Reward Point Target before being eligible to claim Reward(s). 2.3 Participants who achieve the Reward Point Target will be sent by the Participant’s NAFDA Distributor the Program Claim Form after the conclusion of the Term.

2.4 The individual who selects the Reward(s) on behalf of the Participant, warrants that he or she is authorised to do so on behalf of the Participant. All Rewards will be dispatched to the Participant for its own benefit. Rewards claimed by a registered or licensed club are subject to any State or Territory laws that apply, and Rewards must be claimed and used in a manner consistent with these laws. NAFDA and NAFDA Distributors accept no responsibility should the Participant not abide by these laws. 2.5 Rewards will only be distributed once the NAFDA Distributor validates the Participant’s Program Claim Form. 2.6 Unless otherwise specified by NAFDA, Points are not transferable and must be redeemed by the Participant to whom the Points were issued. 2.7 Points cannot be exchanged for cash. 2.8 Participants may not pool or combine Points with other Participants in order to redeem a Reward or a Reward of greater value.

2.9 Points are valid for redemption for a Reward in the absolute discretion of NAFDA. A Participant’s Points are forfeited if the Participant does not pay for the products in accordance with the NAFDA Distributor’s terms of payment. 2.10 A Participant may only redeem Points during the Points Redemption Period. Any Points not redeemed by the expiry of the Points Redemption Period will be forfeited. Any Program Claim Form received outside of the Points Redemption Period will be deemed ineligible and will not be processed. 2.11 Participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact details with NAFDA are correct. 2.12 A Participant must notify NAFDA in writing if the Participant wishes to cancel registration with the Program and forfeits any rights to any Rewards upon such cancellation. 3. Rewards 3.1 Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless otherwise authorised by NAFDA. 3.2 NAFDA accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a Reward. 3.3 Rewards issued may be subject to additional terms and conditions and these additional terms and conditions apply to the redemption of these specific Rewards. 3.4 NAFDA accepts no responsibility for any Reward that is issued in the form of a voucher, gift card or ticket, that is lost, stolen, or that has been tampered within anyway. 3.5 NAFDA and NAFDA Distributors may in their absolute discretion require the Participant, or any person who takes a Reward, sign a legal release in a form determined by NAFDA or the NAFDA Distributor. 3.6 Rewards will be generally delivered within 8 weeks from the validation of Program Claim Form, however deliveries are subject to supplier conditions and NAFDA makes no guarantee in regards to when a Reward will be delivered. 3.7 To the extent permitted by law, NAFDA makes no warranties or representations about the fitness for purpose or suitability of any Reward and is not responsible for the quality or fitness for any purpose of any Reward, or the failure of any Reward to be of merchantable quality. If liability under terms of any legislation cannot be excluded, the liability of NAFDA is limited to re-supplying the relevant Reward or paying the cost of replacing it. 3.8 For all alcohol Rewards: Alcohol reward winners (including winners of alcohol rewards vouchers) can only be claimed by and will only be delivered to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. The Promoter will require winners of alcohol rewards to provide proof of age. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion. Participation in this promotion is subject to relevant liquor legislation in each Australian State or Territory, including responsible service of alcohol. In light of the relevant liquor legislation, if the winner of the alcohol rewards is from the Northern Territory, that winner will be awarded an alternative reward, at the promoters discretion, to the value of the alcohol reward won. The Promoter encourages consumers to drink responsibly.

Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the Australian guidelines to reduce health risks from drinking alcohol. All alcohol rewards are arranged through and supplied by Incremental Marketing Group NSW Liquor Licence No. LIQP770010113. 4 NAFDA’s rights: 4.1 NAFDA may, in its absolute discretion, at any time: (a) change, amend or vary these terms and conditions; (b) change, amend, vary, withdraw or cancel any Reward or the value of any Reward; (c) withdraw, cancel, vary or change at any time, Points or the value of future Points; (d) extend the Term; and (e) exclude a Participant from, or cancel a Participant’s membership in, the Program without prior notice and without prior notice to a Participant. 4.2 NAFDA may, in its absolute discretion, at any time cancel the Program in whole (or in part) upon reasonable notice (“reasonable notice” being no less than 1 week) to Participants. 4.3 Without in any way limiting the rights of NAFDA as set out in clause 4.1 and 4.2, if a Participant is, at any time during the Term, in breach of the Participant’s trading terms with the NAFDA Distributor or NAFDA considers that the Participant is not acting in accordance with these terms and conditions or acting honestly, fairly or in good faith, NAFDA may cancel the Participant’s membership with the Program and any Participant whose membership is cancelled may no longer access Rewards. 4.4 If, due to any reason whatsoever, NAFDA becomes aware that a Participant has not complied with these terms or has breached any law applicable to this Program, that Participant will have no entitlement to the Reward, even if NAFDA has announced them as a winner and the Participant will be required, at the direction of NAFDA, to return, refund or otherwise make restitution of the Reward. 4.5 Whilst all care is taken in the production of the Program Brochure, NAFDA reserves the right to correct any misprints or errors, and to the extent permitted by law, NAFDA will not be responsible in this regard. 5 Tax Liability 5.1 NAFDA and NAFDA Distributors accept no responsibility or any liability for any tax implications that arise as a result of a Participant or other person receiving a Reward. Independent taxation advice should be sought. 6 Liability 6.1 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, NAFDA and NAFDA Distributors (including their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Program, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) failure in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions caused by unforeseeable circumstances beyond its reasonable control. (b) resulting from such withdrawals, cancellations, variations or change as set out in clauses 4.1 or 4.2; (c) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under NAFDA’s or NAFDA Distributor’s control); (d) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (e) any correspondence or Reward claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by NAFDA or NAFDA Distributor) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of NAFDA or the NAFDA Distributor; (f) any variation in the value of any Reward; or (g) any Reward. 7 Privacy 7.1 NAFDA collects personal information in order to conduct the Program. If the information requested is not provided, then the Participant may not participate in the Program. 7.2 By entering or participating in this Program, the Participant or individual (‘Information Supplier’) consent to the storage of their personal information on the databases of NAFDA and agrees that NAFDA may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services that may be relevant to you including contacting you via electronic messaging.

The Information Supplier agrees that NAFDA may disclose its personal information to its representatives, contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Program or communicating with the Information Supplier. NAFDA is bound by the Privacy Act 1999 (Cth). For more information about the collection and management of personal information by NAFDA the Information Supplier should refer to NAFDA’s privacy policy which available upon request free of charge or by visiting http://www.nafda.com.au/ 7.3 In addition to clause 7.2, unless otherwise advised, each Participant and individuals supplying information for the purpose of the Program (“Information Suppliers”) also agree that: (a) the details provided to the NAFDA Distributor including purchase history may be retained by NAFDA on its database and the Information Supplier shall have no proprietary claim with respect to this database; and (b) the Information Supplier shall indemnify NAFDA against any loss or damage that NAFDA may suffer as a result of the providing misleading or deceptive information provided by the Information Supplier or due to any infringement by the Information Supplier of the rights of a third party in respect of the supply of that information. 7.4 A request to access, update or correct any information held should be directed to NAFDA by calling 02 8833 9299. 8 General 8.1 The NAFDA Best of the Best 2014 Summer Reward Program is available from participating NAFDA distributors. 8.2 Entering into the Program is free.
