Is done at the discretion of the Auctioneer. Lots above 6 bottles are usually split, however Lots of mixed wines are not split. If you are attending the sale or making an absentee bid, you may request a lot to be split. The highest bidder in such a case has the option of taking the minimum quantity or the whole Lot. If a quantity of the lot is left after the highest bidder is satisfied, then the under-bidder has the option of purchasing the minimum quantity or the whole Lot remaining.
