Accepted or currently enrolled in an accredited graduate nursing program Application Submit completed application (application available via Pi Epsilon Chapter web site, http://regisnet.regiscollege.edu/nursing/nhs/) Written statement of personal and professional nursing goals Submit official transcript of undergraduate records and graduate work completed (transcript must be in a sealed, signatured envelope from registrar’s office) 3 letters of recommendation: at least one from a faculty member and one from a professional associate Vitae Competitive basis for fund allocation Quality of written goals Contribution or potential contribution to nursing and public benefit Scholarship fund budget and number of proposals submitted (Maximum amount to be awarded will be $2000.00) No member of the awards, scholarship, research committees or the chapter board of directors is eligible for funding while in office Scholarship recipients will have to sign a formal agreement for money usage
Application deadline for the2012 application is April 15. Any applications submitted or postmarked after this date will not be considered in the application process
