Harvard University Graduate Certificate in Research Administration Tuition Supplement Fund Application Effective July 1, 2008

1: Tuition Reimbursement Courses leading to a Graduate Certificate in Research Administration taken by an employee of Harvard University will generally be deemed job-related. The payment or reimbursement of the expenses related to such job-related courses under this program will not result in additional taxable income to the employee. Under this program employees are eligible to receive up to $1,000-4,000 per fiscal year reimbursement for tuition not covered by TAP or the Education Assistance Fund. To be eligible for tuition reimbursement from this fund, you must be an employee of Harvard University on the day when the course both begins and ends. To apply for reimbursement, submit this form along with: - A copy of your TAP form(s)* - A copy of your Education Assistance Fund form(s)* - Proof of tuition payment or your tuition bill *Please make sure you send the originals of these forms to the proper office for reimbursement.
