The Process: 1. The chapter will be inducting new members Friday, April 19, 2013 @ 6:00 PM at Emmanuel College. 2. Application is a 2 step-process: a. First an application is submitted to the local chapter (Pi Epsilon) b. When the graduate student is notified of acceptance by the National Organization s/he needs to complete a second application and pay dues. 3. You can pick up an application from the Nursing Office (CH 117). 4. Initial applications for membership are due Friday, February 15, 2013; submit to the Nursing Office, Attention Nursing Honor Society. 5. Ask the Registrar to send a copy of your official transcript to the Nursing Office marked, Attention: Nursing Honor Society. 6. Applicants will be notified by email of their selection by mid March and will receive membership information from the International Organization. 7. Applicants need to complete the online application process promptly with payment for: a. International dues b. Chapter dues c. Jewelry (optional) 8. Honor cords will be provided by the Pi Epsilon Chapter and may be worn to hooding and graduation. 9. Students are expected to be present at the induction ceremony on Friday, April 19, 2012 @ 6:00 PM. A light dinner will be served, followed by the Induction Ceremony in the Emmanuel College Chapel. Guests are welcome at the induction.
