We are legally responsible for the maintenance of the gas appliances we provide, including pipework and flues. By checking on your boilers annually, we're ensuring they work efficiently and are safe and cost effective for you.
We will let you know when we need to check your boilers. If you ’ re are not in, you can rearrange a new appointment date and time. However, after three unsuccessful attempts to enter the property, we will take further action. Stay safe in your home and let us do our boiler checks!
