KINGWELL HURDLE DAY SATURDAY 17 FEBRUARY 2024 OFFICI AL R ACEC ARD - £3.50
The Jockey Club would like to thank our Group Partners for their support in 2023 2024
WELCOME TO
Welcome to JenningsBet Kingwell Day 2024. We have a fantastic seven race card for you to enjoy today with some top-quality equine participants. The JenningsBet Kingwell Hurdle maintains its status as a premier two-mile hurdle and is a defining route to the Cheltenham Champion Hurdle. This race was first run in 1971 and was awarded Grade 2 status in 1991 with notable winners such as Desert Orchid and more recently Yanworth, Elgin and Goshen. Can Goshen makes this a third renewal? We welcome a number of students from Bath and Bournemouth through Invades who we are proud to work in partnership with to engage with the next generation of racing fans. We’d like to thank our sponsor JenningsBet for their support today and we wish them and their guests a wonderful day with us. We hope you all have a fantastic day and enjoy the first-class sport on offer this afternoon. We look forward to welcoming you back to Wincanton on Wednesday 28th February. Warm Wishes, Blaithin Murphy General Manager

Choose your bet. ‘To win’ or ‘each-way’ are popular types of bet.
Place your bet. There are different places to bet on course; The Tote, racecourse bookmakers, betting shop or online. Each option offers a different experience.
‘To win’ is for your horse to come first. ‘Each-way’ is for your horse to come first or to be placed. It’s two bets, so ‘£2 each-way’ = £4 total bet.
Collect. Once ‘Weighed-in’ has been announced, present your betting slip and collect any winnings.
