D Stands for distance and means that the horse has won over the same distance it is racing over today but at another racecourse. So today’s distance should suit.

CD Stands for course and distance so not only has the horse previously won here at Warwick but when doing so it also won over the same distance that it is racing over today. So, winning form over today’s course and distance may indicate that another strong performance is on the cards.

C D If there is gap between the C and the D it means that the horse has previously won here at Warwick and also won over the same distance that it is racing over today but at another racecourse. So today’s distance should suit and the horse will also be suited by the course.
