O Mr O. S. Harris Br Mr Gilles Le Baron
T Gary Moore, Horsham S Tote
YELLOW, DARK BLUE seams, striped sleeves, YELLOW cap.
TIMEFORM VIEW Winner of a newcomers’ race on sole start in France last spring and duly left his odds-on Sandown failure well behind when scoring in pretty decisive fashion at Haydock (15.6f). Promises to be suited by this stiffer test and will prove hard to beat.
2 CABRAKAN (IRE) (15)
B g Divine Prophet (AUS) - Ready’s Legend (USA)
O Honestly Racing
T Milton Harris, Warminster
21213 BF 11 12
Br Aquis Farm
S Bresbet
EMERALD GREEN, YELLOW seams, ROYAL BLUE sleeves, YELLOW stars, ORANGE cap.
TIMEFORM VIEW Fairly useful handicapper on the level and winner of 2 of his 4 starts in this sphere. However, he was only third when odds-on for a 4-runner Hereford handicap recently and he looks up against it under a penalty here. Yard also saddles Nadim. STEWARDS NOTE: Following its run on 26/2/2023 it was reported that the horse displayed signs of heat stress

B g Galileo (IRE) - Quiet Reflection
O Mrs. Diana Gardiner Br Coolmore
T Stuart Edmunds, Newport Pagnell S Science Supplements
LIGHT BLUE, DARK BLUE stripe, YELLOW sleeves, DARK BLUE armlets, LIGHT BLUE and DARK BLUE striped cap.
TIMEFORM VIEW Useful on the Flat for Aidan O’Brien (placed in the 2022 Dante) and, having changed hands for 50,000 gns, he has made the frame both starts since switched to hurdles, latterly second of 9 in a first-time tongue strap at Newbury (16.3f). Should make his presence felt Star RatingHHHII

11 2
TIMEFORM VIEW Ex-German 10f winner on Flat and there were positives to glean from his hurdles debut at Taunton last month. However, he was well adrift of Bluegrass at Newbury next time and big step forward needed here. Star RatingHIIII Official BHA Rating - MITCHELL BASTYAN

B g Churchill (IRE) - Zibeling (IRE)
O Rubicon Racing Br Rifa Mustang Europe Ltd
T Ian Williams, Alvechurch
VIOLET, WHITE cap.
TIMEFORM VIEW Fairly useful for James Ferguson on the Flat and showed more than he did first time out over hurdles when sixth in a 12-runner Lingfield novice (2m) last time Still, it’s likely that he will come into his own in this sphere when switched to handicaps Star RatingHHIII Official BHA Rating - CHARLIE TODD
Number of Declared Runners 6 (Exacta)
Tongue Strap worn by No. 3, 5. Sheepskin Cheek Pieces worn by No. 2. Running for the first time since Gelding No. 4.
BETTING FORECAST:
1-2 Bo Zenith (FR), 11-2 Bluegrass (IRE), 7-1 Cabrakan (IRE), 22-1 State Legend (IRE), 33-1 Nadim (IRE), 40-1 J’Adore Chas (FR)
RACE SUMMARY:
It’s hard to look beyond BO ZENITH, who beat leading Triumph Hurdle candidate Blood Destiny on his sole start for David Cottin in France and he did the job well when scoring at the second attempt for previous connections at Haydock. With Cabrakan proving something of a disappointment last time, Bluegrass looks the way to go for forecast purposes.
1-2-3:
1.BO ZENITH (FR) 2.BLUEGRASS (IRE) 3.CABRAKAN (IRE)
