We have seven races on today’s card, including the feature race, the Grade 1 Virgin Bet Scilly Isles Novices’ Chase This race is one of the most important Novice Chases in the British racing calendar, and often gives an insight to potential winners ahead of the Cheltenham Festival Just last year we saw L’Homme Presse win the race before going on to win the Grade 1 Brown Advisory Novices’ Chase at the Festival Former winners also include three times Gold Cup winner Best Mate and three times Betfair Chase winner, Bristol De Mai.

A special mention should also be given to Dolos, who runs in our third race today for the sixth time having won it three times and finished second twice in the previous five runnings In recognition of this, today’s race has been named the Virgin Bet Dolos
