In the case of abandonment before the conclusion of the 1st race a full refund of the admission ticket will be given. Should the meeting be abandoned between the conclusion of the 1st and 3rd race a 50% refund of the admission ticket will be given. Thereafter no refunds will be given. All refunds will be administered after the raceday by post. No refunds will be made on the day. The Racecourse Executive will be grateful if you would observe all the Racecourse Regulations as detailed in this section. Patrons are asked to respect the restrictions placed on the marked areas of the Racecourse Stands and Enclosures where drinks are not permitted. Alcohol is permitted outside in plastic receptacles. Broken glass and bottles are dangerous and in the interests of safety and the comfort of others please do not carry drinks into the areas adjacent to the parade ring and unsaddling enclosure. Car Parking – there are favourably located disabled car parking spaces on hard standing in both the Grandstand & Course Enclosure Car Parks. Please advise the car parking attendants of your disabled status and they will aim to park you as conveniently as possible.
Parade Ring Viewing – there is a new viewing ramp (uncovered) for wheelchair users in the Grandstand Enclosure providing raised viewing of the Parade Ring. Race Viewing – there is a trackside race viewing ramp (uncovered) for wheelchair users in the Grandstand Enclosure, located between the Zetland Bar & Paddock Suite.
Petch Stand / Paddock Suite Access – there is a passenger lift to all levels of the Petch Stand and Paddock Suite which is clearly marked. Please see the security staff at the entrance to each of these facilities for assistance. Disabled toilets are located in both the Grandstand & Course Enclosures.
