Each accommodating up to 50 guests, these are a popular choice for large parties and corporate groups looking for a private yet informal space from which to enjoy the magic of Royal Ascot.

Guests can unwind and celebrate in style at this private lawned area adjacent to the home straight, enjoying outstanding views of the Royal Procession journeying up the Straight Mile and the world’s best horses battling for Royal Ascot glory over the final furlong.

The Village Enclosure’s lively lawns provide a unique perspective of all the action from the centre of the racecourse, along with a vibrant atmosphere celebrating the very best of contemporary British summer time.

2021 will see numerous enhancements including an unmissable new chill out area, along with an abundance of exciting street food and innovative bars accompanied by an eclectic soundtrack of live music throughout the day, the celebrations continuing until 9pm.

GAZEBOS IN THE VILLAGE The Village Enclosure’s trackside gazebos promise an outstanding Royal Ascot experience, providing a unique perspective of the Royal Procession and racing from the centre of the course.

Bring your own lavish picnic and prepare for a memorable day of socialising and world-class sport. Each gazebo accommodates up to 15 people and comprises a covered, picket-fenced garden adjacent to the final furlong with a private bar and toilet facilities. A complimentary car park space is located nearby.

While guests from Thursday onwards may be tempted not to stray from the comfort of their gazebo, they will surely choose to explore the eclectic mix of exciting street food, innovative bars and live music in this, an enclosure that knows how to celebrate.

THE WINDSOR ENCLOSURE

With numerous eclectic bars and casual dining options dotted around its extensive lawns, as well as live music and a relaxed Dress Code, this unique and sociable enclosure offers all the right ingredients for a memorable day out at the world’s most celebrated race meeting Take your position on the rails and be among the first to witness the majesty of the Royal Procession as the carriages journey up the famous Straight Mile, before experiencing the thrill of the horses thundering past.

PICNIC BENCHES Windsor Enclosure guests bringing a group to Royal Ascot can book their very own picnic bench for the day.

Positioned on a relaxed and sociable lawn beside the track, each seats up to six. The benches provide the perfect base for a celebratory gathering, along with easy access to the rails at which your party can enjoy breathtaking proximity to the Royal Procession and each race. HIGHLIGHTS Among our feature racedays are two of the most prestigious fixtures of the whole Flat season; QIPCO King George Diamond Weekend and QIPCO British Champions Day, both of which regularly attract the finest horses in Europe.

The majority of racedays feature live music, with a notable highlight being the huge post-racing concert at the Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup in August, a unique fixture that sees the world’s top jockeys compete for points to lift racing’s ultimate team prize.

Specifically themed racedays include the Italia Festival of Food & Wine Racing Weekend - always a feast for the senses - in September, not to mention the choice of over 200 real ales, ciders and perries at the Autumn Racing Weekend & Ascot Beer Festival the following month.
