1st - Five full sets (worth £5000)

The competition among jockeys Rob Hornby, Andrea Atzeni, and Robert Halvin is hotting up, with the top spots at stake and just a single point separating them Dean Ivory currently leads the trainers’ standings, closely pursued by Sir Michael Stoute in second place The battle for the third spot is currently neck and neck between Bill Turner and Roy Bowring.

Our feature race today is the Racing TV Apprentice Handicap Stakes, a one mile two-furlong race the forms part of the Racing Excellence Series, designed to assist in the continued education of training apprentice jockeys.
