PLAY SMARTER

There was much to like about the way SHAZAM did the job on her handicap debut upped to this trip at Lingfield last week and, with the best surely yet to come from this well-bred filly, she will take plenty of stopping under a penalty with top apprentice Billy Loughnane booked. Jimmy Mark is feared most having improved when opening his account at Bath recently but don’t be surprised should Midsummer Dance leave her previous form behind now that she ventures down the handicap route.
