HOW HARD CAN IT BE signalled she is ready to go in again when runner-up over C&D last time so is fancied to repeat her success of 12 months ago Arab Cinder rates a big threat though on her first run for Mick Appleby, while in-form pair Bluenose Belle and Rikona can both have a say too in a competitive handicap

PLAY SMARTER

Preference is for CHENG GONG, who returned to form from out of the blue when third in a C&D handicap last week. He sported a first-time visor that day and it remains to be seen if he’ll back that up with cheekpieces refitted in place of the visor, but he will have every chance off this 1lb lower mark if the change of headgear doesn’t prove detrimental. Yagan’s latest effort was creditable and he will be a threat if responding well to the addition of blinkers, while Winklevi also merits respect.
