B The Queen TIMEFORM VIEW Thrice-raced maiden. 66/1 and eyeshields on for 1st time, sixth of 13 in maiden at this course (8f) 21 days ago. Drop back in trip should help now handicapping and she’s worth a second look. TFRHHHHI BHA54 10 FACT OR FABLE (IRE) (4) 441003 C D 5 8-13 (4)

Very modest strike rate and minor place money may again be the best he can hope for. TFRHHIII BHA52 (-1) 11 FORBEARING (IRE) (29) 000-001 D

B Bridgetown Stud TIMEFORM VIEW 11/1, won 10-runner minor event at Wolverhampton (7.2f) 29 days ago, all out. More on his plate back in handicap company and stall 14 is hardly helpful. TFRHHHII BHA52 12 CANIMAR (GB) (339) 20/2614- CD

B Highbury Stud & John Troy TIMEFORM VIEW C&D winner. Creditable fourth of 11 in handicap at Salisbury (7f, good, 25/1), doing too much too soon. Off 11 months ahead of this debut for new yard and she’ll probably find one or two too good. TFRHHIII BHA50 13 GONZAGA (GB) (29) 220-043

PLAY SMARTER

The vote goes to EPIC EXPRESS, who showed improved form here in 1m handicaps during the autumn and this drop back in trip shouldn’t be an issue. He remains on a fair mark and will surely go close if fully tuned-up for this assignment. Safe Passage appears to have been brought along steadily with handicaps in mind and, now pitched into one off a lowly opening mark, she is next on the list ahead of Inclement Weather and Magicinthemaking. TIMEFORM PREDICTION: 1.EPIC EXPRESS 2.SAFE PASSAGE 3.INCLEMENT WEATHER
