Step into a world of reflection splendour, surprise and immersive performances including our very own 3FN backing dancers and stilt walkers.

Strike a pose at the #3FN Instagram wall and share your fabulous photos with us @goodwood_races, for a chance to win some spot prizes.

Live Music

4pm onwards

A DJ will be taking to the decks from 4pm in the bandstand within the Gordon Enclosure, followed by Antares, an incredible handpicked DJ from Pacha Ibiza, getting the party started before Claptone lights up the South Downs in the Parade Ring.

Trips to the Start Second and fourth

The complimentary mini-coach will depart from the bus terminus opposite the Gordon Enclosure’s East Entrance at 25 minutes before the second and fourth race.

Apprentice Racing

5.15pm onwards

Tonight’s six-race programme is devoted to Apprentice jockeys, riders in the early stages of their career. The racing begins with the William Hill Keep Your Raceday Positive Apprentice Handicap.

Claptone’s DJ set

9pm

The parade ring transforms into an open-air dancefloor as the masked enigma known as Claptone sends people into a frenzy with his supple grooves from the house world.

#3FN Presents: Claptone

Three Friday Nights 2023 kicks off with the mysterious masked Claptone.

Despite the best efforts of the hungry masses, the mysterious Claptone still remains a mythical, little known figure who slips in and out of the shadows, leaving in his wake lasting musical experiences. Since hatching in 2012, he has continued to send people into a frenzy with his DJ sets, which are underpinned by supple grooves from the house world, are coloured with real soul and can jack you up or zone you out depending on the mood.
