Empirestateofmind struck off amark of 84 at Ayrtwo starts ago and is respected in this lesser company, while Brighton Boy completes the shortlist.

Paws For Thought has won ﬁve times at the track, but he needs further to show his best, so Ventura Express could prove abigger threat on his recent placed efforts over the minimum trip.

JER BATT is at his best on asoft surface and finished acreditable thirdatDoncaster six days ago. William Pyle takes 3lb off his back on this occasion and that could give him the edge in an open sprint. Al Hussar was beaten less than alength when finishing fifth at Doncaster last week and Grant Tuer’s gelding makes moreappeal than Smart Vision on the prevailing softer going.

Each Attendee will give any additional consents or waiversrequired forthe

unrestricted lawful use of any coverage (if any) without request forpaymentorimposingany otherconditions.

11. Flags, bannersand otherarticles and any behaviour such as drunkenness, abusive conduct, singing or shouting which may constitute an annoyancetospectators or distractorfrighten thehorsesare prohibited.

12. No dogs areallowed anywhereonthe Racecourse (with the exception of aid dogs) and must not be left in vehicles.

13.Transfers betweenenclosuresmay be possible on the day, subjecttoavailability

14.Parkingorsetting down on the side is prohibited other than at official car parks.

15.Lost or stolen badges will not be replaced.

16.Hospitality badges aresold on the understandingthatnomoney in respect of the unused badges will be reimbursed.

17.Inthe event of abandonment at any time on the day of racing, therewill be no refund in respect of Box, Room or Chalet hirecharges.

18.Inthe eventofabandonment before Racing, or up to the ‘Weighed-In’ of the first race therewillbea refund of badge/ticketand parking costs. In the event of an abandonment after the ‘Weighed-In’ of the first race up to the ‘Weighed-In’ of the thirdrace or nominated featurerace whicheverislater there will be a 50% refundofbadge/ticket and car parking costs. In the event of abandonment thereafter therewill be no refunds.Nocash returns to be paid on the day.All refunds to be administered after the meeting by post. Where the customer is entitled (pursuant to this clause 19) to any refund, in order to qualify forsuch refund the customer must follow the procedurelisted opposite.

(i) Makea note of the reference numbers of all badge/ticketand carpark labels.

(ii) Send the badges/tickets and/or labels along with acovering letter stating the full name and address of the sender and if different from that of the sender,the fullnameand address of the purchaserofthe badges/tickets or labels to: ChesterRaceCompany Limited, The Racecourse, Chester CH12LY To be valid, requests forrefundsmust be receivedinwriting withinone month of the abandonedRaceday. TheCompany shall have no responsibility or liability of any naturein respect of anyrefund requestreceived after that time.

19.All persons visiting the Racecourse are admitted to these Regulations and to the Rules of Racing. The Company reserves the rightto refuse admission to/or to removefromthe Racecourse, in its absolute discretion and withoutgivingany reasons,any person failing to comply with such Rules andRegulationsor whose presence is, in its absolute discretion, a sourceofdangerorannoyance and shall have no obligation to give any reason therefore.

20.The Company shall in no circumstancesbe liable forany loss, damage, cost or expense or any consequential or indirect loss or damage of any kind.

21. Lost children and lost luggage enquiries should be made tothe police.

22. It is acondition of entry thatonly individuals possessing avalid betting badge and occupying an authorised pitch areentitled to lay bets. Anyonecontravening this condition will be evicted
