Hello and welcome back to Cheltenham Racecourse for Day Two of our April Meeting.

Yesterday we were treated to some incredible action on the course and we’re back and ready to do it all over again. Thursday of the April Meeting is the final chance of the season to see the pros in action here at the Home of Jump Racing and we’re delighted that you have joined us

With another really competitive card to look forward to this afternoon, this meeting provides racegoers with the perfect opportunity to explore the wonders of our iconic racecourse

The first of today’s seven races will get underway at 1.30pm with The NAF Challenger Mares’ Hurdle Series Final Mares’ Handicap Hurdle Race, taking place over two miles and four furlongs. The last of this afternoon’s races will take place at 5pm

After racing, The Cheltenham April Sale will offer a select group of winning and placed point to pointers in the Tattersalls Sale Ring at 5.30pm If you’ve never seen a horse sale before, now would be the perfect time to go and see what it is all about - we promise you won’t be disappointed.

After today we race once more before the summer break begins with our Race Night featuring Hunter Chase Racing This special meeting allows amateur riders and trainers to compete for the ultimate dream of winning around Cheltenham Racecourse and is an event filled with excitement and emotion.

After the day’s racing, BBC Radio 1’s Jordan North will be awaiting those racegoers who have purchased tickets in The Centaur from 5.30pm, where the party will continue.
