CITY SELECTIONS Amirat Alward ran a race full of promise when second at Lingfield, but failed to build on that at Windsor, though she is still worth consideration on her return to the Polytrack. Turna has hit the top four in all of her six races but she can start slowly and may have to settle for a place again here, leaving TRUE ICON as the likelier winner. She does need to build slightly on her Nottingham second making her all-weather debut, but may well do so for her in-form stable who can do little wrong at present.

PLAY SMARTER A few in with a shout but this can go the way of TRUE ICON. She left her debut form well behind when runner-up at Nottingham and, with further progress on the cards, she can open her account at the third time of asking. Turna keeps knocking on the door so she’s feared most for Robert Cowell, ahead of the once-raced High Velocity.
