CITY SELECTIONS
LA ROCA DEL FUEGO has been successful on his last two starts over course and distance and, having not been disgraced on turf last time, the five-year-old is tipped to return to winning ways. The Andrew Balding-trained Sea Fern offered some encouragement when finishing fifth on her handicap debut at Lingfield earlier this month and may do even better now dropping in trip, while Perfect Symphony won despite racing wide at that same track last month and is also worth considering.
LA ROCA DEL FUEGO Sea Fern
Trainer-in-form (last 14 days): A Balding (7 wins from 57 runners, 12%) runs SEA FERN Weightwatcher: BRAZEN BELLE won off a handicap mark of 71, her rating is now down 13lb to 58. Longest Traveller: BRAZEN BELLE trained by D O’Meara, Upper Helmsley, 205 miles.
