WELCOME TO

Welcome to Carlisle Racecourse and the Carlisle Youth Zone Race Day 2024.

Kingmoor Park are delighted to be the Headline sponsors at today’s Carlisle Youth Zone’s Raceday. Our partnership goes back to the very conception of CYZ and we have joined them on their journey for the past 13 years.

CYZ, an independent children’s charity, were the pioneers of Youth Zones, a model which has been replicated and developed to 14 other cities across England and makes up part of a growing network of onside Youth Zones. 3,000 young people have been welcomed to CYZ over the past 12 months, with 1,200 visits every week They give every young person somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to whilst they navigate the opportunities and challenges of growing up We couldn’t be more proud of the amazing work that they do and of our association with them

CYZ only exists thanks to the generosity of donors, large and small, who contribute towards the cost of providing this amazing facility so, if you find yourself in luck today, please do consider supporting by visiting www.carlisleyouthzone.org and clicking the donate button

On behalf of everyone at Kingmoor Park, I hope you have a fun and lucky day!

DON’T FORGET OUR NEXT MEETINGWEDNESDAY 11TH SEPTEMBER THE ANDERSONS 135 ANNIVERSARY RACEDAY

Come and join us for what promises to be an exciting day of Flat racing and see what Carlisle Racecourse is all about. From views over to the Lake District to equine sprinters flying up the Carlisle hill to the winning post, we can promise a great day of sporting entertainment.

‘Each-way’ is for your horse to come first or to be placed. It’s two bets, so ‘£2 each-way’ = £4 total bet.

Decide the amount – or stake – you are comfortable to bet.

Place your bet. There are different places to bet on course; The Tote, racecourse bookmakers, betting shop or online. Each option offers a different experience.
