www.jqeng.com TRADITIONS HALL NORTH AND SOUTH Tarleton State University | Stephenville, Texas Traditions North and South are two new four-story residence halls on the Tarleton State University campus in Stephenville, Texas. They house 616 students in a suite-style environment, with two and four-bedroom units that include individual bedrooms, private restrooms and a small commons area. Residence Life HONORS HALL EXPANSION Tarleton State University | Stephenville, Texas This expansion takes Honors Hall at Tarleton State University from 184 beds to 486 beds, increasing its size from approximately 50,000 SF to 150,000 SF. The expanded hall now features a two-story multipurpose space, study lounges on each floor, an honors classroom, office space and a primary care health clinic. The building houses 600 students (primarily freshmen) and also includes classrooms, administrative offices, living/learning spaces, an 800-seat dining hall and a 25,000 SF indoor/outdoor recreation facility. Residence Life MILL CREEK HALL Blinn College/Servitas | Brenham, Texas Mill Creek Hall is a four-story, 169,700 SF residence hall at Blinn College in Brenham, Texas. It features 485 beds arranged in four and two-bedroom suites, as well as community study rooms, common areas and on-site laundry facilities. www.jqeng.com GAILLARDIA AND CHAUTAUQUA HALLS Texas State University | San Marcos, Texas Gaillardia and Chautauqua Halls at Texas State University in San Marcos feature 185,000 SF of dormitory and multipurpose space. A two-story, 8,000 SF common space links the two six-story dormitories. The project utilized a long-span concreteon-metal deck floor system spanning load-bearing, cold-framed metal stud walls. The lateral load-resisting system consisted of both steel plate metal shear walls and concentrically braced steel frames. Residence Life WEST HALL
The University of Texas at Arlington | Arlington, Texas West Hall is the first phase of a two-phase student housing development at The University of Texas at Arlington located on the west side of campus. A true living/learning space, West Hall integrates classrooms and collaborative study areas within the residence hall. Each floor offers quiet study rooms as well as interactive spaces and a kitchen. The four-story, 140,550 SF building features one- and two-bed units with a total of 534 beds. 534

www.jqeng.com CANYON CREEK HEIGHTS STUDENT HOUSING (PHASES 6 AND 7) The University of Texas at Dallas | Richardson, Texas Canyon Creek Heights is an 800-bed, two-building residence hall for upperclassmen students at The University of Texas at Dallas. The hall has a combination of two- and four-bed units and provides off-campus-style housing on campus. The facility includes a gathering space and offices for support staff, as well as outdoor recreation areas and surface parking for 150 cars.
