“Snatched Boss Babe” doesn’t even begin to describe the phenomenal woman that is Ayahna James. Passionate, driven and determined, Ayahna embodies BOSS as she cultivated her own lane while standing out among the rest. What is her business? Dance.

Feeling the music course through your body so much as to make your body move, Ayahna inspires others to move their bodies to the rhythm of their own beat. “Snatched Agency, “a talent agency where you can book dancers and models, is home to many where Ayahna not only teaches dance but inspires women to go after their dreams, whatever it may be. “The future is female!” which is why women are the focus when it comes to this mogul in the making. She oozes power, independence and selflessness all through her hard work and hopes to motivate and inspire women to step into their power.

Known as one of the only females you need to tap in with in the New Jersey artist scene, Ayahna built many relationships and connections that makes her the glue in this industry. Whether it be a DJ, artist, director, business owner, producer or dancer, Ayahna is the go-to person to ask to connect you to the best that Jersey has to offer. Which goes without saying being as Ayahna’s resume is extensive and impressive, having worked with major record labels such as Atlantic Records, RCA and The Winners Circle. She has also worked with many different popular artists such as Wyclef Jean, Black Rob, Fetty Wap, DJ Jayhood, Chinese Kitty, OG Maco. Featured in Vogue Magazine and Nylon Magazine, New York Times, New York Daily News; performances in SOB’s and much, much more!

Being in the position to teach women how to leverage their talent and monetize their artistry as a business is one of Ayahna’s favorite achievements. A fountain of inspiration and motivation, she has taken dancers off the streets and allowed for them to get their lives together in the best direction. One of the lessons life has taught Ayahna: Friends aren’t important when you have a goal. Something about when you’re on a mission, their doubts and fears suddenly get projected onto you. Never make yourself small for anyone. If you have a goal, see it through and if you need help doing so, well then Ayahna is obviously your girl!

Driven by the need to succeed and inspire, Ayahna believes she is the person who can break barriers for her people through her career. “Bringing them into my world or a world they can relate to just through music, its magical.” Fueled by her ancestors, who are sure to be proud, and friends who no longer have the physical ability to make a difference; she hopes to ignite in kids from generations after her and women of all generations to follow suite and pursue what is rightfully yours.
