Lead time for arranging additional requirement will be minimum 15 days.

Excess stock is to be submitted in the prescribed format only to the Supply Chain so that the same may be given to other depots for their requirement.

Depot Activities Implement First In First Out (FIFO).

FIFO: Order Punching > Invoicing > Dispatch (as per invoice) It has been observed that some depots are not following “FIFO” system while supplying the material to their customers resulting near expiry stock in depots, which is a loss to the Company

All the expiry & near expiry stock, which is expiring up to 31.08.2019 has been shifted from Storage location 0004 to 0009 Storage location from 0009 to 0004 may be again changed on your request at the time of Invoicing of the material.

SAP will select first Batch no. of the product automatically at the time of Invoicing the material.

Depot Dispatch Common Errors: a) Wrong Product Dispatch b) Wrong Batch Dispatch c) Short/Excess Quantity Dispatch d) E-Waybill Creation Errors and mail.
