In 2016 with growing public use of McGraw Square and planned higher levels of density adjacent to it The Downtown Seattle Association launched a plan for improving the level of investment at the site to serve a wider number individuals who pass through the area on a daily basis.
The DSA contracted Framework to co-lead this effort and together these two organizations have brought on additional subcontractors, fabricators, and artists to see through what turned out to be a one of a kind community project.
