Clean and dry the skin and skip lotion. For the strongest hold, swipe a GrifGrips barrier wipe and let it dry.
Center the patch opening over your sensor or pod so the adhesive surrounds — not covers — the device.
Smooth the patch from the center outward, then press firmly for 10–15 seconds to activate the adhesive.
Shower, sweat and swim with confidence. When it's time, peel low and slow — or use a remover wipe.
For your best hold Apply to clean, oil-free skin — avoid moisturizer at the site. Press and hold; body heat helps the adhesive bond. Round any lifting edge with a little pressure, or add sports tape. Sensitive skin? Start with Original and a barrier wipe.
