ANNUAL REPORT CARD 2025

Passionately Preparing Students to Impact the World for Christ

A LETTER FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT

One of the greatest joys I get to experience is to see God at work at our school. Whether it’s bringing amazing staff to our community each year or seeing the joyful hearts of students experiencing Christ for the first time or relighting the fire of their faith, over and over God shows up in big ways. That is doubly true as our students live out their faith in powerful ways. From selfless student leaders, to our high school athletic teams earning multiple Ambassador League Sportsmanship Awards, to the literally thousands of extra community service hours our middle and high school students perform above and beyond the requirement, our Royals are achieving our desired outcomes of Wisdom, Character, Stewardship, and Service with significant purpose. God continues to bring young men and women to our campuses with a desire for a strong, Christ-centered education that will serve them well in the years to come!

MILES OF LEARNING

Growing Through Experience

From local museums to cross-country history tours and global ministry outreach, Woodcrest Christian students are learning far beyond the classroom. In the 2024-25 school year, they traveled a total of 22,342 miles. Below is a shortlist of locations they visited.

2025 Global Outreach Trips

For 28 years, Global Outreach has been a powerful ministry at Woodcrest Christian. What began with our first student mission trip to India in 1997 has grown into a long-standing tradition of annual service around the world. During the 2024–25 school year, teams continued that legacy by traveling to Alaska, Belize, Ohio, and Florida, sharing the love of Christ and serving with purpose.

HEARTS OF SERVICE

Service starts young at Woodcrest Christian. Elementary students packed 493 Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes, middle school students packed 151 more, and WCDS students raised $1,400 for U.S. Disaster Relief through Samaritan’s Purse—blessing

Each school year on the Upper Campus, middle schoolers are required to perform 10 hours of service, and high schoolers 20 hours of service. Year after year, students go above and beyond in selfless service to organizations in and around our city and communities. During the 2024–25 school year, junior Noah Lambert earned the highest number of community service hours with a total of 400 hours.

Service Crews

Whether welcoming guests, helping teachers, or supporting campus events, our students make a difference every day. This year, 23 students served through Middle School Elevate, 16 in Middle School Service Crew, and 70 in the 6th Grade Service Club—showing what it looks like to lead by serving.

These major enhancements directly impact our students every day—thank you for investing in their experience!

Together for Tuition Assistance

All tuition assistance at Woodcrest Christian is made possible solely through the generosity of donors. No tuition revenue is used to support this program. Continued growth of the Tuition Assistance Fund is essential, ensuring that more students are able to experience the life-changing opportunities of a Woodcrest Christian School education.

51% Over half of our high school students will train in the new weight room—expanding fitness, strength, and athletic opportunity on campus.

Your generosity makes a lasting difference—in the lives of students and in the work God is doing here. Together, we can make a meaningful difference. Would you prayerfully consider donating today? For questions, please contact: Jeff White, Director of Development mr.jeffwhite@wcss.org
