Middle School

Middle school is a time of extraordinary growth and change. Westminster offers an excellent learning experience that allows students to embrace their unique talents and interests during this important time in early adolescent development. Our faculty and staff are dedicated professionals who strive to provide a challenging academic curriculum from a biblical perspective.
Students are enrolled in five core academic courses (math, science, language arts, social studies and Bible) with opportunities to apply for advanced and accelerated tracks in math and language arts, and can select from 35 electives including band, debate, art, foreign language and dance. Students may also apply for National Junior Honor Society, student council and the reputable after-school competitive robotics team.
The middle school engineering program provides an opportunity for students to use science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) to gain an introduction to the engineering field through real world, project-based collaborative learning.
The opportunity to participate in Westminster athletics also begins in middle school, with competitive teams in more than 14 sports.

My daughter has been impacted by so many teachers at Westminster. The amount of attention and support we received from all of her teachers has been outstanding. Today, we are proud to say that she thrives academically. She has received academic honors, the President’s Education Award, has served as a safety patrol and as vice president of student council. Forever grateful!
