Dear Members and Strategic Partners of the Emerald Coast Network,
As my term as your President draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey we have taken together. Four years ago, I entered my first Board of Directors meeting with no expectations of becoming the President Today, as I pen this farewell, I am profoundly grateful for the path I have walked with each of you. Serving the Women’s Council of Realtors as President has been one of the most enriching experiences of my professional life. I embarked on this journey with a room full of strangers and am leaving with a family, a tribe who has taught me the essence of collaboration, shared values, and resilience
Our organization's commitment to inclusion, equality, and empowerment is unmatched. Together, we've brought value to Realtors at all stages of their careers, offering education, networking opportunities, and a sense of community. We've celebrated achievements at our Top Producers event, supported our local community through fundraisers, and cultivated one of the largest, most trustworthy referral networks in the country. Our shared bond has been our strength with both the WCR Realtors and the Strategic Partners whom we continue to grow our businesses together each step of the way.

Over the past year, our Board of Directors has been the backbone of our achievements I'm endlessly grateful to every Board Member for their dedication, passion, and the unique skills they brought to the table. Together, we strived to create an environment where members feel uplifted, supported, and #UNITED2023, even in challenging times.
Though my term as President concludes, my commitment to empowering those around me, especially each of you, remains unwavering. Serving you was not just a position for me; it was a promise a promise to lead with authenticity, vision, and an open heart. Thank you for entrusting me with the honor of being your President As I pass the baton to the next President, Heather Blatz and the 2024 Board of Directors, I am confident in the strength, unity, and vision of the Women’s Council of Realtors Emerald Coast Network. Our journey doesn't end here; it merely takes a new direction. I am excited to see where we go next, and I will always be cheering us on from the sidelines.
