The Board of Directors present their Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2022.

The Shareholders of the Company have exercised their rights under S.211(3) of the Companies Act 1993, and unanimously agreed that this Annual Report need not comply with any paragraph and (e) – (j) of S.211 (1) of this act.

TRANSACTIONS WITH DIRECTORS The Board received no notices during the year from directors that they had an interest in any transactions, or proposed transactions, with the Company, other than those noted within notes 15 of the financial statements.

DONATIONS Donations totalling $7,182 were made during the year (Last Year: $4,165)
