Wagga Bowling & Entertainment Centre Monthly Edition #2 WAGGA BOWL HOSTS THE 3RD ROUND FOR THE MID-COUNTRY TOURNAMENT June 20th-21st brought in bowlers from all around the region to participate in the 3rd round for the Mid-Country Tournament. Wagga Men’s team started the event 27 points behind Orange and managed to catch up with only 2 points shy from 2nd place, but with a 61 point lead from fourth place! The Men’s Team averaged 198 on Saturday and 210 on Sunday. Currently standing, Bathursts take the lead with 277 pts followed by Orange 238 pts, Wagga 234 pts, Dubbo 173 pts & Griffith 156 pts. The Ladies Team have been maintaining a strong game throughout the competition and are currently in first place on 285 pts followed by Orange 270 pts, 3rd Dubbo 254 pts & 4th Griffith 199 pts. The next round for Mid-Country will be held in Orange 8th-9th August.

Current Season UPCOMING Top Scores TOURNAMENTS Bowling for 10 days in Brisbane for ANTHONY & ERICA BOWL FOR TBA DISABILITY CHAMPIONSHIPS IN BRISBANE, QLD the TBA disability championships, Anthony Woodward & Erica White competed against hundred of other bowlers. Anthony placed 4th and Erica placed 42nd in the B-Grade divisions.

RIVERINA OPENS

The first weekend of July will be boasting with bowlers from all around the state competing for the Riverina Title. Additionally over $3,700 will be up for grabs between 1st-12th place. If you are still contemplating about entering, it is not too late to sign up! Entry is $180
