Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra returns to Waynesburg University for Holiday Brass Spectacular.
Waynesburg University is proud to welcome back the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra Brass Section for a Holiday Spectacular concert in Roberts Chapel on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 7 p.m.
The public is cordially invited to attend. General admission tickets are $25 each, and tickets for children 12 and under are $15 each

The 1 floor of Stewart is being renovated and rebranded as the Nursing Clinical Learning Center We recently received a donation of a high-fidelity AI Manikin named Alex. We also received approval from the PA State Board of Nursing for our LPN-toBSN Hybrid Program, which we will start in 2026 We've gotten a huge interest in this from the local vo-tech and LPNs wanting to further their education. https:// www.waynesburg.edu/academics/departments/nursing/bachelors/lpn-bsnprogram
Our first Second Degree Nursing Fast Track Hybrid Cohort (Cohort A-2025) started in January 2025 and will be graduating with their BSN in January 2026 The Cohort A-2025 Pinning Ceremony will be held in Robert's Chapel on January 17 at 1pm. Anyone is welcome to attend!

Center for Service Leadership
Because of you, our 10th annual Day of Giving was a tremendous success! Over t As we close out 2025, I invite you to begin thinking about the 2026-2027 academic year. The Center for Service Leadership is currently seeking proposals for local, domestic, and international service trips For international travel, please keep in mind that the country you wish to travel to and serve in must be a level 1 or 2. Locations with a level 3 or 4 travel advisory will not be considered.

If you have a service trip in mind that you would like to propose, please complete and submit a Service Trip Proposal by COB Friday. Trip proposals will be reviewed, and leaders will be notified by mid-February.
You may also be interested in serving as a trip leader, but do not have a trip in mind, please submit a Trip Leader Interest Form
