Dear Parents and Guardians,
Happy February! We have certainly hit the ground running since January, and are continuing this month as we progress towards Spring and the end of the academic year. In this newsletter, you can find links for resources and information regarding the Spring 2026 semester.
February is a busy month for the Waynesburg campus. Spring sports begin while winter sports hit the peak of conference play. The Spring Musical auditions have occurred and The Center for Service Leadership hosted a Spring Service Fair In addition, the Office of Student Engagement hosted an Organization Open House. This is an exciting month for Residence Life, as they begin the hiring process for next academic year of Resident Mentors. Encourage your student to be a part of our robust campus life!
As always, we are here to support your student and assist you with any questions along the way Please do not hesitate to contact us at (724) 852-3206.

Dear Waynesburg University community,
Our campus continues to grow and evolve, thanks to generous donor support. The University is currently moving forward with a donorfunded and donor-directed project to replace Ray Hall with a modernized residence hall. In addition, the project includes a nearlycompleted expanded parking area in close proximity to the residence hall. We are grateful for the vision and generosity that make projects like this possible. Take a moment to hear President Lee reflect on what Ray Hall has meant to him and how it connects to the future of the institution by clicking the image below

“This is an emotional moment for me, first one of sadness, and one of great joy,” said President Doug Lee. “I was a resident in this dormitory, Ray Hall, for two years during my junior and senior years. And I know like many of you, there are great memories of this building... but what is wonderful is that we are now able to build a brand new building on the site of Ray Hall that will offer our students a much more modern living area.”

WAYNESBURG, Pa. (Jan. 21) – The Waynesburg University men's soccer team will be hosting a one-day ID camp on Saturday, March 7. The full day of instruction is structured to be a unique experience that those attending the event will only receive at Waynesburg.
"There are a few things that make our experience worth it,” said Waynesburg University head men’s soccer coach Treg Lunger. “We keep the cost and number of participants lower than the average ID clinic. We want campers to have the opportunity to spend as much time with us as they can, and we want to spend time with campers.”
The camp is open to high school age athletes and older and begins at 9:30 a.m. with a 30-minute check-in time. There is a $75 fee for anyone attending the event.
