+ Call to Worship
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change, though the mountains shake in the heart of the sea; though it’s waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble with its tumult. The Lord of hosts is with us, the God of Jacob is our refuge. Let us worship the Lord together.

Fifth Sunday after Pentecost
Holy God, we ask for your help, your power, your Spirit, so that we can amend our lives and grow more each day into the image of Christ. We confess that we fear what is different. We confess that we have not lived out your call to share in abundant life and unconditional love. We believe that you have the power to turn us around by your grace, so that we can live lives that reflect your love for the world. By your grace forgive us, and by your Spirit transform us. Give us the energy, intelligence, imagination, and love to be your people in all we say and do. Amen.
+ Declaration of Forgiveness
Friends, hear the Good News: the mercy of God is from everlasting to everlasting. In Jesus Christ, we are forgiven. Thanks be to God!

The peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. And also with you.
