The National Infrastructure Simulation and Analysis Center (NISAC) was built as a design-build project with Summit Construction on Sandia National Labs. The NISAC has non-secure offices on the East side of the building and high security offices on the West side. The single story steel post and beam with metal stud infill building has and EIFS finish and TPO roof. The interior of the building has enclosed offices, group meeting areas with skylights. The building also has a very tight room (VTR) for secure communications. The main purpose of the building is to simulate infrastructure emergencies and how to best respond to them.
