Traditionally, the front design consisted of an embroidered school logo, but recent years have seen an increase in demand for large printed designs on the front which incorporate the school name or logo.
The back of the hoodies feature a large print, usually made up of the school leavers' names. Just let us know how you want it to look, and we will send you a design proof of the artwork before production, and make changes if necessary.

Fancy something extra? Sleeve prints are available on all hoodie packages, just let us know what you want and we will incorporate this into the artwork for you. Don’t forget, if you choose the sleeve print option, it will be printed on all the hoodies in your order.

A great way to really make their hoodie their own! Personalisation is an optional extra ordered on an individual basis, so only those students who opt for personalisation pay the additional £3. Personalisation usually takes the form of a large nickname either above or below the print on the back, with other options available on request.
The prices quoted in this information booklet are based on an order of at least 25 hoodies, if you need to order fewer than 25, please get in touch and we will be happy to send you a quote for your specific requirements.
Production usually takes around three weeks, but you will need to accommodate some time for setting your order up and at least another two weeks for collecting orders, although we would advise you leave around four weeks for this to make sure everyone has a chance to order. Get in touch to discuss timescales if you are unsure.
Most definitely! All the prices you have seen in this booklet are all inclusive. The package prices include an embroidered crest on the front (with the exception of the junior value package), a large print on the back, VAT and delivery. There are no extra charges for aspects such as artwork, online shop facilities or marketing materials. The only additional costs are for sleeve prints (£3) and personalisation (£3) which are optional extras and are also inclusive of VAT.
Of course we can. The options we have shown in this booklet are some of the most popular designs but we have our own graphics department at your service! Just let us know what you want and we will work with you to make it a reality.
We can print almost anything you could possibly want. Hoodies are the most popular but other common requests include sweatshirts, rugby shirts, polos and t-shirts. Get in touch for prices and further information.

Every year a handful of schools come to us with a desire to design their own yearbook from scratch, asking us to print and bind it for them. Of course, we are more than happy to help. The team will work with you to ensure that you understand the amount of work involved, plan the book layout and advise on content collection to minimise the time that it will take to produce the artwork. Whenever a customer wishes to design their own book we always advise that they take the time to talk through their plans in detail before starting and communicate with our advisors regularly to ensure the process runs smoothly.
If you are thinking of going down this route, we would advise you to contact us before starting so that we can give you our guidelines and help by pointing out any potential problems or hurdles that you may encounter!
All of our Hoodie packages include our online ordering service as standard, whilst you can add it to your Yearbook package for just £1 per Yearbook!
If you choose to go ahead with online ordering, we will create an online store specifically for your school, where students (or their parents) can order their Yearbook or Hoodie (including colour, size and personalisation etc. where applicable) and purchase online with a credit or debit card.
This takes the stress away from the school having to collect orders and money from students and parents manually, which from experience, can be tricky!
Of course! Even if you choose manual ordering, we will supply you with a bespoke order pack which includes posters, custom order forms and helpful tips on how to promote your hoodies or yearbooks free of charge.
Once you have collected the orders and payments, simply supply all the relevant information to us in the supplied spreadsheet and we will do the rest!
