Sti thians to Kennall Vale 6 Miles

The route crosses fi elds from Sti thians to follow the Kennall valley downriver, fi nally reaching the entrance to the nature reserve at the bott om of the woods. The walk follows the circuit through the reserve around the remains of the gunpowder mills before conti nuing to Ponsanooth. The return route is mostly on small lanes and returns to Sti thians church via the pub
