Dear Friends, March is National Nutrition Month. Remember to concentrate on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits. Park Place health and wellness takes an integrated approach to nutrition by focusing on the whole you. In addition to exercise programs we offer several educational programs, support groups, and health workshops. Model facilities of Health and Wellness should be congratulated and recognized. I recently stayed at a wonderful facility that deserves to be in the spotlight. Thank you Vista Medical Center East, for being a diamond in our community. Their sincerity and quick responses made my recent Patricia Jones, M. Ed stay comfortable. Everyone was so nice and took such great care of me.
