PLEASE READ CONDITIONS OF ENTRY OVERLEAF

Conditions of entry 1. All entries made on this form are correct at the time of entry and will be honoured at the Festival. Any changes should be notified to the Organisers as soon as possible. The entry covers the exhibitor named - no refunds can be made.

2. Public liability insurance cover must be held to a minimum of £5,000,000 for the period of the Festival, unless otherwise agreed with the Organisers. (If this condition causes difficulty for any exhibitor, this should be discussed with the Organisers before a booking is made).

3. You must comply with all relevant current health and safety legislation, official guidance and approved codes of practice published by the Health and Safety Executive. You must complete a risk assessment for our display stand and ensure that your stands, equipment and displays are safe and do not form any hazard or obstruction to the public.

You are responsible for the safety of your staff, contractors and visitors to your space.

4. Details of the Festival programme will be sent to entrants when available.

5. You must not leave litter or cause pollution of the Festival site or the waterway. You must not cause a nuisance to any other exhibitors or to visitors to the event, whether by excessive noise or other activity.

6. All Organisers’ conditions must be complied with. Exhibitors’ pitches will be allocated by the Organisers, whose directions must be accepted.

7. You must be in attendance at your stand at all times that it is open to the public. Set up must be complete before the site opens at 1030h on Saturday 30th April 2011. The site will close at 1700h (1600h on Monday 2nd May). No vehicle movement on-site or dismantling or closing of stands before the event closes is permitted without the express permission of the Organisers’ Site Manager.

8. The Organisers cannot be held responsible for any damage to persons or property however caused, other than that for which they are legally liable as a result of their negligence.

9. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry without giving any reason.

10. Generators may only be brought onto site with the approval of the Organisers. Exhibitors requiring electricity or water supplies should discuss their requirements with the Organisers at the time of making a booking.
