You will receive an email one working day before your test, containing our online safety and COVID inductions. These need to be completed before your your arrival on-site

We advise you to complete a lateral flow test. Please do this no more than 24 ahead of your visit to our sites
1 working day prior to test
If we have received all required information, you will receive the first draft of the test report within this time frame Please arrive at least one hour before your test time
Your supplied comments will be incorporated into the report by your technical officer and sent to one of our technical authorisers for review, before applying their signature.
If any further information is required, we will be in touch
Once the report is signed off, the final will be sent to you
Within 8 weeks of comments
Your technical officer will have highlighted any areas where they would like your comments within the body of the report.
