About Element Construction Testing Element Construction Testing (S) Pte. Ltd. is an advanced material testing laboratory accredited by the Singapore Accreditation Council under the Singapore Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (SAC-SINGLAS).

Aggregate Testing Besides providing comprehensive aggregates for concrete according to EN 12620 and ASTM C33 specifications, we also have capability testing of aggregates for various applications: • BCA imported aggregate testing • Reclamation sand testing • Aggregate for mortar, road work and airfields • Aggregate for railway ballast • Armourstone Our services include specialist tests below: • Petrographic examination • Geological Inspection • Alkali-silica reactivity by accelerated mortar bar and concrete prism method • Alkali-Carbonate Rock Reaction (ACR) • Polished Stone Value (PSV) • Aggregate Abrasion Value (AAV)

Concrete Testing We provide complete fresh concrete testing according to EN 12350 series, hardened concrete as in EN 12390 series and admixture testing according to EN 934 specification.

Our capabilities include testing high performance concrete, sprayed concrete and steel fibre reinforced concrete (SFRC).

Repair & Building Materials Testing We offer a broad range of testing services for construction chemicals industry.

Cement Testing We offer comprehensive tests for cementitious materials to check the conformity according to EN 197-1 and ASTM C150.

These materials include traditional Portland cement and other cementitious materials, such as fly ash, ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS), limestone fines and silica fume.

We also provide microfine cement testing for hard rock grouting purposes according to EN 12715 requirements.
