RENTAL INFORMATION

General Information

• Reservations are only guaranteed with full payment.

• Facilities reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance. Requests under 14 days in advance must be approved by management and may be subject to additional fees.

• Facilities may be reserved up to 90 days in advance with full payment.

• Decorations are only allowed on tables. No confetti, wall and/or ceiling decorations allowed. Tableware and linens are not provided.

• Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in park buildings, or on any park grounds.

• All park buildings are smoke free.

• Dances are not permitted without prior management approval.

• Entry to rooms/buildings is not permitted prior to the reservation time. Set-ups & cleanup must be included in the reserved time. Fees will be charged for early arrivals and late departures.

• Field reservations are subject to availability/field conditions and may be reserved no more than 1 month in advance. WPR sanctioned games and practices take priority over outside rentals.

• Cancellation/Refund requests should be made at least 30 days prior to rental date. A $5 fee will be assessed if approved. No refunds for requests less than 15 days before reserved date. Shelter reservations are non-refundable. Visit our website for more information.

Abc Building

415 Commander Dr. Rents for $25/hr. $125 damage deposit check required. Charges may be assessed for failure to abide contract, excessive cleanup, or damages. If no damage or trash, key is returned and department rules are followed, the deposit check will be returned within 7 days of end of reservation.

Rental Hours: Same as community center hours

Seats 120 people. Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave. Twenty 8ft folding tables & 120 chairs provided. 2 ADA Restrooms.

No set up or clean up provided. Renter is responsible for preparing the room for the next reservation within the rented time. Please leave the facility as you would like to see it upon arrival.

Community Center Rentals

Table & chair set up provided. Table Sizes: 8ft rectangle tables (seat 8), 6ft round tables (seat 8), card tables (seat 4).

Gymnasium

After Hour/Entire Facility $1,000 Fridays & Saturdays only 9:00pm - 1:00am
