Benefits

Participants have a safe, supportive atmosphere to explore their personal potential and capabilities. Groups can learn the value of encouragement and working together through team building experiences.

The Basics

A ropes challenge course presents a unique experience where individuals and groups come together to create more effective teams. Group communication and cooperation typically show lasting results with a shared positive experience as well as personal enrichment.

Our Facility

Iredell County has operated a ropes challenge course since 1984, when ropes courses were still in their infancy. In 1997 we relocated and created a facility on 45 beautiful acres of a mature hardwood forest in Mooresville, NC. The Outdoor Education Center has a wide variety of low and high course elements with two zip lines; one 400’-foot, and the other 500’foot. Our Staff are experienced, trained professionals who deeply care about the people they serve. Each program is custom designed to meet the goals and needs of the client with an emphasis on safety and overall quality of the program.
